Opening Nov. 27th, Terrence McNally’s Dunelawn will close the Studio Theatre’s Fall Semester.
In Dunelawn, we are in an expensive retreat for the unhappily married, where the wheel-chaired director, Dr. Pepper, dispenses a definitely unique sort of marital guidance. His theory includes complete indulgence of such “bad habits” as smoking, drinking and sexual promiscuity – which seems to work wonders for his patients, whose wacky case histories are each examined in hilarious detail.
Featured in the cast are Kerianne Furgerson as Dolly, Joseph Gehart as Harry, Andrick Siegmund as Dr. Pepper, Jonathan Hoopingarner as Roy, Ivy Haralson as April, Robbie Dwight as Otto, Zachary Hordynski as Hiram and Derrell Jones as Francis.
The production team includes director Michael Butterworth. Costume Designer Tracy Machak. Lighting Designer Chelsea Carter. Set Designer Anthony Karpinski, Assistant Set Designer Susan Campbell. Prop Designer Katya Feldman.
